Copper Conductor is compressed and the Aluminum Conductor is Compacted
Per 2023 NEC sections 110.5, 310.3(B), and 315.12(B), both copper and aluminum are acceptable conductor materials unless otherwise specified.
Per 2023 NEC section 110.14, devices and materials used to terminate or splice conductors must be identified for use with the conductor material.
