Grupos de recursos para empleados

Southwire’s ERGs are catalysts for connection, growth and positive change. While these teams focus on bringing awareness around specific groups, ALL team members are welcome to be a part of each ERG. They enable our team members to support one another, advocate for causes they care about and lead with our values of empowerment, trust, consistency and inclusion.
